Propaganda Techniques
Headlining are the words "hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil." Outlining the "Good American" are facts and figures which depict former president Bush as the heart of America's problems. The reiteration of Bush's name in every fact along with the jingle are examples of the repetition technique.
Down below are the words "Be a Good American, Don't Pay Attention to the Facts!"
An undercurrent of sarcasm instructs onlookers to do the exact opposite. With the command being simply stated, a misunderstanding would not be very likely; direct order being the operative technique.
